Horndiplomat-High level delegation from Eritrea led by Foreign minister Osman Saleh and presidential adviser Yemane Gebreab arrived today in Mogadishu, following president Farmaajo ‘s recent visit to Asmara. the delegation welcomed by Somalia prime minister Hassan Ali Kheire at Mogadishu airport.
The delegation will meet with President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed and PM Hassan Ali Khayre.
Somalia’s prime minister and Eritrean information minister posted on their twitter accounts confirmed the delegation visit to the Somali capital Mogadishu.

Farmajo will be the second East African leader to pay a visit to Eritrea since Asmara and Addis Ababa agreed to bury the hatchet and restored their diplomatic ties.
Eritrea and Somalia plan to establish diplomatic relations, their presidents said on Monday, the latest sign of thawing relations across the Horn of Africa following Eritrea’s rapprochement with Ethiopia.
