Horndiplomat-The UNDP Parliament Support Project has donated over 200 books on legislation, economics, politics and state building to the Somaliland Parliamentary library to support legislative drafting processes and research on economic, legal and social issues. Committee staff and university students will also have access to the library.

The Somaliland Parliamentary Library was opened in 2017 with funding from the European Union through the Association of European Parliamentarians with Africa (AWEPA), and with equipment supplied by UNDP.
