Somaliland:International Partners Congratulate President Elect after Supreme Court Endorses Presidential Election Results

Horndiplomat-Following the announcement by the Supreme Court of the final results of the 2017 Presidential elections in Somaliland, international partners congratulate Mr Muse Bihi Abdi on his election.

Somalilanders and Somaliland institutions have shown a strong commitment, responsibility and engagement in the electoral process, strengthening democracy in Somaliland.

Supreme court endorsed NEC preliminary results and declared Muse Bihi Abdi and Abdirahman Saylici President and Vice President of Somaliland. Congratulations Mr. President, @EU_in_Somalia looks forward to working with your government to improve Somalilanders’ lives!
