The Former President Was Speaking During A Supper To Break The Fast Of Ramadan Hosted By H.E Musa Bihi Abdi At The Presidential Palace. The Dinner Was Hosted To Mark The 27th Anniversary Of Somaliland Independence From Somalia.
Taking Advantage Of His Speech Mr.Rayale Saids “I Take This Precious Opportunity To Tell My Brothers In El-Afwein Stop This Useless War. Fear God Almighty Because You Are Brothers From The Same Ancestors. Please Stop The War It Is Meaningless.”
Speaking About The Importance Of A United Country Mr.Rayale Stated “Somaliland Will Only Be Recognized Through Unity So I Urge All And Sundry To Promote Oneness Amongst Citizens. I Will Work With The Current President To Put The Agenda Of Somaliland Independence Forward.”
